ChoirList Item 1
Join together in song, under the talented direction of our choir director. Rehearsals on Thursday evenings, 5:30 pm in the Choir Loft. Sing at 8:00 am Sunday Mass, as your schedule allows. Contact choir director Jerry De Rose for more information.

Family Choir
Parish youth grades 4-12, along with their parents, are invited to participate in the music liturgy at Saturday Mass at 5 p.m.. Practice for the liturgical celebration is every Saturday at 4:15 PM in the church choir loft with Mass that follows. Family choir participation begins September and runs to the end of May. Women’s Group
All women are welcome! Gatherings are on occasion and announced in the bulletin and in this space when scheduled. For more information, please contact Dottie Sanchez for more information.

Pro-Life Rosary
Unite as a community praying the Rosary online for the sanctity of all life from conception until natural death. Meditative hymns are sung, along with the recitation of the Rosary.

Eucharistic Adoration
First Fridays from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. All other Fridays 4:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m. The Blessed Sacrament is exposed and adored by volunteers who sign up for one hour or more to pray before the Lord Jesus present in the Monstrance. Contact Ramona Ortiz for more information.

Offertory Counters
A group that counts the funds collected at Mass each week. Each group volunteers about once a month. Volunteers are needed, please contact Judy Moorhead.

Parish Pastoral Council
The PPC works on assignments from the priest. The council researches, reflects and reports back to the priest. Contact Deacon Kenny for more information.

Senior Altar Server
Men and women who assist at Mass or Funeral masses to enhance the worship of our faith community.

Stations of the Cross
Held Friday evenings at 6:00PM in the Church during Lent followed by soup fest and sharing in the Parish Hall.

Usher
Volunteers who assist people to their seat if necessary. They also take up the collection.

Men’s Group
Knights of Columbus
All men are welcome! Meetings are held every other first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m., at the Knights Hall. Contact Angel Medina for more information. The Knights Hall is available for rental, please contact Fred Madrid for more information.

Thursday Night Prayer Group
Join us Thursday nights at 7 pm to read and reflect upon the upcoming Sunday’s Gospel, Liturgy of the Hours (books provided for new members), and prayer (intercessory, and alternating Rosary or Divine Mercy). Contact Jerry and Colleen De Rose.

Bible Study
Join us Wednesday evening after the 5:30 p.m. Mass on Wednesday, in the Church Office. Beginning with the Book of Genesis. Everyone is invited! Contact Deacon Kenny for more information.

Altar Server
Boys and girls from grade 3 and above who assist the priest at the liturgy. Contact Deacon Frank Castillo or Henry Bejarano.

Baptism Preparation
Preparing parents for the formation of their child’s faith. Please contact Deacon Kenny for Baptism preparation information.

Eucharistic Minister
Extraordinary Ministers of Communion who serve the Body and Blood of Christ at Mass and to the sick and homebound. If you are interested in becoming a Eucharistic Minister please call the church office.

Fellowship Committee
Volunteers who coordinate social activities and gatherings of parishioners during the year.

Flowers and Grounds
Volunteers who care for and beautify the grounds and church.

Greeters
Parish volunteers who warmly welcome parishioners as they enter the Church for Mass.

Liturgical Linen Service
Responsible for the preparation and care of the altar linens. This includes the washing and ironing of purificators, corporals, and altar linens. If you are interested in volunteering in this ministry call the church office.

RCIA
Rite of Christian Initiation – preparation of adult candidates for Catholic sacraments. Classes will begin on July 2, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. Please call Deacon Kenny for more information.

Sacristan
Duties include preparing the altar for Mass and cleaning the altar following Mass.

Saint Vincent
Provides sack lunches on a daily basis to the homeless.

Presenters of Offertory Gifts
This ministry is responsible for scheduling families to present the offertory gifts during mass. We maintain a current list of volunteers who wish to be scheduled to the mass of their choice as presenters of the gifts. Please contact the Parish Office for more information.
